Digital Product License

This Digital Product License ("License") governs the purchase and use of digital products provided by Veracity Solutions LLC ("Veracity," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to the Nonprofit Launch System, downloadable templates, worksheets, checklists, guides, planning documents, and related educational materials available through veracitygroup.us.

By purchasing or downloading a digital product from Veracity Solutions LLC, you agree to the terms of this License.

Upon purchase, Veracity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product in accordance with this License.

Ownership of the intellectual property remains with Veracity Solutions LLC.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, each purchase authorizes use by:

• The individual purchaser; or
• One nonprofit organization, business, church, or other legal entity that purchased the product.

Employees, board members, officers, volunteers, and contractors of that purchasing organization may use the materials solely for the internal benefit of that organization.

This License does not permit use by unrelated organizations, clients, affiliates, or third parties.

Subject to this License, you may:

• Download the purchased files.
• Save copies for your own records.
• Print the materials for internal organizational use.
• Customize editable templates for your own organization.
• Share completed documents within your organization.
• Use the materials to support the operation, management, fundraising, governance, or growth of your own organization.

You may make reasonable backup copies for your own use.

Unless you have our prior written permission, you may not:

• Sell the materials.
• Resell access to the materials.
• Share download links publicly.
• Upload the files to public websites.
• Publish the files online.
• Distribute copies to unrelated organizations.
• Include the materials in another product for sale or distribution.
• Remove copyright notices or branding.
• Claim ownership of Veracity's original content.
• License or sublicense the materials to others.

Many products include editable Word documents, spreadsheets, or other templates.

You are encouraged to modify these templates for your own organization's needs.

However, modifying a template does not transfer ownership of the original work or grant permission to redistribute the modified version outside your organization.

All digital products remain protected by United States copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or other intellectual property belonging to Veracity Solutions LLC.

Veracity's digital products are educational and strategic resources designed to assist organizations in planning and implementing their own operations.

They are not intended to replace legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Organizations remain responsible for obtaining professional advice appropriate to their specific circumstances.

Unauthorized sharing or commercial redistribution of Veracity's digital products may result in:

• Termination of this License.
• Revocation of future access to purchased products.
• Denial of future purchases where appropriate.
• Other remedies available under applicable law.

Veracity reserves the right to protect its intellectual property through appropriate legal means when necessary.

From time to time, Veracity may revise, improve, or expand its digital products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase of a product does not guarantee access to future editions, revisions, or additional materials released after the original purchase.

Veracity may, at its discretion, provide updates or enhancements to existing customers.

This License may not be assigned, transferred, sublicensed, or otherwise conveyed to another individual or organization without prior written permission from Veracity Solutions LLC.

This License automatically terminates if its terms are violated.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this License immediately cease.

Termination does not limit any other legal or equitable remedies available to Veracity Solutions LLC.

This License shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
